Peter Baytarian

MANAGING PARTNER

Peter Baytarian

Peter Baytarian is the Founding and Managing Partner of Forest Development, an elaborate team of real estate development professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the United States and Europe. Additionally, Peter is the Founder and Managing Partner of two firms based in New York, NY focused on the renovation, ownership and management of high-end value-add properties including townhomes, condominiums, and commercial sites in Manhattan. Previously he was a developer and home builder in Cape Cod, MA completing more than 150 residences. Nautilus 220, a project currently underway by Forest Development at 220 Lake Shore Drive, will include 330 condominium residences in two towers, restaurants, retail, and offices adjacent to the Lake Park Harbor Marina. Peter was born in Beirut, Lebanon, attended high school at The American School in London and studied economics at Boston University. He resides with his wife and two daughters in South Florida. Peter serves as a member of the Executive Trustee Council for the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce.

Justin Morrow

Justin Morrow

Justin Morrow is the Chief Operating Officer at Forest Development and has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Justin has a wealth of knowledge as an entrepreneurial real estate executive in investing, developing, and financing projects throughout Florida totaling over a billion dollars. He is originally from Wisconsin where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a minor in Business with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. Justin resides in South Florida with his wife and enjoys volunteering, travel, and golf.

Chester Rodeheaver

Chief Financial Officer

Chester Rodeheaver

Chester Rodeheaver, CFA serves as Vice President of Finance for Forest Development. Chester is an expert in real estate finance who has provided guidance and professional advice to investors and developers for 18 years. He began his career with Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC before moving in Dubai, where he lived from 2003-2013, a period that coincided with Dubai’s real estate and construction boom and subsequent correction. Chester and his partners participated in many aspects of this transformation, including developing ground-up, mixed-use projects, acquiring a real estate brokerage, and advising on the purchase and development of hotels. During and after the financial crisis, they helped developers and real estate firms successfully restructure, stabilize, and prosper. His recent advisory work includes financial structuring and modeling for developers, home builders, and master developers. Chester has an MBA (with honors) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MPA from Harvard, and a BA in economics from the University of Virginia.

Elizabeth Richardson

 

Elizabeth Richardson, Vice President of Accounting, has more than 35 years of experience in Management and Accounting.  She has worked with Forest Development Managing Partner, Peter Baytarian, on various real estate development projects in Florida and New York since 2013.  Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Accounting from Purdue University.
